Welcome to The Aureum Lodge. By accessing this website (the “Site”) or applying for membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they govern your use of the Site and your relationship with the Lodge.

1. Purpose of the Lodge

The Aureum Lodge exists as a private society dedicated to knowledge, discretion, and fellowship. The Site is provided solely for informational purposes, for private communication with the Concierge, and for the submission of applications (“Entreaties”) for membership.

2. Eligibility

  • Access to certain pages of this Site may be restricted to members of the Lodge.

  • Membership in the Lodge is by invitation or acceptance of an entreaty only. Submission of an entreaty does not guarantee admission.

  • Applicants must be of legal age in their jurisdiction.

3. Use of the Site

  • You agree to use the Site solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  • You must not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

  • Content on the Site is provided for private use and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or published without written permission.

4. Membership Contributions

  • Membership requires an annual contribution of $6,000. This contribution sustains the privacy, permanence, and stewardship of the Lodge.

  • Contributions are refundable within 30 days of payment should a member choose to cancel their membership during that period.

  • After the 30-day period, contributions become non-refundable, except where prohibited by applicable law.

  • Failure to provide timely contributions may result in suspension or termination of membership.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • The Lodge values privacy and discretion above all. Any information shared by members within the Lodge remains confidential.

  • You may not disclose, publish, or make public any internal communications, records, or materials of the Lodge without express written consent.

  • The Lodge will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, including the Lodge’s name, crest, writings, and digital content, are the intellectual property of The Aureum Lodge.

  • Members and visitors may not copy, reproduce, or distribute such materials without prior written consent.

7. Termination

The Lodge reserves the right to deny or revoke access to the Site or to terminate membership at its sole discretion, particularly in the event of breach of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Lodge provides the Site “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, or reliability.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Lodge disclaims liability for any damages arising from use of the Site or participation in the Lodge.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Lodge is established. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in that jurisdiction.

10. Amendments

The Lodge may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted to this page, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of such amendments.
